    Thank you @Sarmistha Mindfully and @Rajeshwari for a wonderful 21 days. I enjoyed most of the tasks.. actually more than enjoying them, I think they helped me in channeling my thoughts. We all have all the tools and strength with us already, but we don't either remember them or know how to invoke and leverage them. These tasks helped put all those things on paper and bring them together in my mind. I'm glad I participated in these sessions. Looking forward to reduced procrastination and reduced thinking.
